They sell me to the best produce and point me to where I can buy organic meat and eggs. <br />We are working toward raising our own cattle and chickens. Can't wait until we are more self sufficient. By the way, strawberries are now at their peak. Going picking tomorrow morning! :)Ruth Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02854269834672356803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2770689408821309490.post-13430098145389109312015-05-07T16:40:58.656-07:002015-05-07T16:40:58.656-07:00Suzanne, I use smartphone apps to save money on th...Suzanne, I use smartphone apps to save money on the fresh foods. Ibotta, SavingStar and Check 51 all three give money back for fresh produce, eggs, milk, cheese, etc. (Ibotta is for milk/dairy... SavingStar and Check 51 is more produce although Ibotta has bananas, lemons, peppers and a few other items right now). These programs allow you to "earn cash back" on things you purchase. Once you have earned a certain amount (Ibotta = $10... the others are $20 I think), you can get the money sent to your PayPal account. I don't drink tea very often... but I do scour my papers for coupons and ads (mostly I save money on shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc). Different things work for different people!Ladettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03138182474214800314noreply@blogger.com
